I was using a Canon 1DM2 with Canon 400 mm DO lens.

Thanks for the kind words about the pics.  If you are interested, there 
are many additional pics of birds from around the world on our website.  
The more recent ones were taken with the 400 mm DO lens, but the 
"better" birds were taken with a 100-400 mm or digiscoped before I got 
the DO.
