Questions regarding the Conservation Laws of Wild and Native Birds within the US:

1. Where does one obtain an up-to-date copy of the Migratory Bird Treaty Act?
2. Where does one obtain a current copy of the Migratory Bird Conservation Act?
3. Fish and Wildlife Coordination Act?  Fish and Wildlife Conservation Act?
4. ???

5. Is the Migratory Bird Treaty Act actually enforced to your knowledge?  And how?

(Was told by an individual at MD DNR's Natural Resources Police, while attempting 
to report a natural resources violation, that shooting songbirds is illegal but poisoning 
the same birds is escapable via a loophole.  Want to look into this as part of another, 
the original, battle, as DNR forwarded me to AACO Dept. of Health to ask for 
assistance with the matter.)
