This Tuesday morning walk at Lake Roland, 4/18, produced 55
species. The best bird of the day was a LITTLE BLUE HERON found
initially by Paul Noell on Monday.
Some of the birds seen by most were CHIMNEY SWIFTS, BARN, TREE and
ROUGH-WING SWALLOWS, a BLUE-HEADED VIREO, several PALMS (all
eastern), several YELLOW-RUMPED WARBLERS, a RUBY-CROWNED KINGLET
and HERMIT THRUSH.
