New member here posting for the first time. We were sitting around the 
table Sunday afternoon in the Towson area when a blur beamed across the 
window and splashed into our small, five by twelve foot fish pond. The red-
shouldered hawk came up empty this time, but seeing the behavior solved the 
riddle we encountered earlier in the week about what the hawk could 
possibly be eating that was bright orange.
