While taking my morning walk around the'hood I heard at least one 
Black-capped Chickadee.   There may have been more as there were at least three birds 
high in the tree where the call came from.   Naturally, I didn't have a binocular 
with me at the time.   My bad.   I believe these are the first ones I have 
found in this area since the late '70s.
