Roosevelt Island, Wash, DC, 17 Aug 05, 1200-1300:  A pleasant break today
from the previous hot weather.  Only 14 species observed/heard.  The
highlight was an Osprey soaring slow and low over the Potomac begging for an
inspirational caption.
