The BMNT was busy with birders on this bright blue morning, with ANS & MBC
field trips underway. Swallows were the operative species with perhaps 20
or so Cliff Swallow (BMNT #137) hawking insects over the pond that is
adjacent to the maintenance building inside the landfill fenceline.
Additionally, there were Tree Swallow, Barn Swallow, Rough-winged Swallow &
Purple Martin. A total of 46 species were seen or heard.
