Greetings,

Yesterday while tending to the yard and the baby I added Blackpoll Warbler
to my yard list (#133). It seemed everywhere I went yesterday you could
hear these guys in the trees. I also had a Baltimore Oriole in the yard
singing feverishly. My first White-eyed vireo of the year was also heard
singing in the reeds out in front of the house. In the late PM I went a
for a nice relaxing boat ride on the North East River (Cecil). Here I found
many Caspian Terns and a surprise Least Tern!

Today at work (Edgewood Area of APG) I had a singing Meadowlark in front of
the fier house at 8AM. This afternoon there were five shorebird species at
the horse pasture on base: Killdeer, Least Sandpiper, Solitary Sandpiper,
Semipalmated Plover, and Greater Yellowlegs.

Good Birding,
Chris Starling
