Can anyone give me some behavior or plumage tips for lesser yellowlegs
and solitary sandpipers. I think i've been seeing uncharacteristically
too many solitary sandpipers. And too many of them are out in the open,
but still near woods. Today at Lake Roland i hand 4 such birds, and i
feel likes thats way too many solitaries in one day.
Other Lake Roland Birds of note were: Black Crowned Night Heron, about
10 wood ducks, Canada Geese Goslings, Northern Parula, Yellow Rump and
Yellow Throated Warbler, no yellow warbler or yellow throated vireo.
