Frank,

As a veteran of over 20 years in the Navy, I don't see where your service
qualifies you to know that you know what you are talking about with regards
to security, homeland or otherwise.  Maybe you should limit your comments to
things that you know something about, and leave the policy to the
professionals.

I'll probably get bounced from the list for these comments, but I had to
speak my mind.
