Waterfowl were not very extensive in the District of Columbia on February 8 
(Tuesday).

Here's what I found on Tuesday morning:

At Georgetown Reservoir:

CANVASBACK    7
RING-NECKED DUCK     14

In the Washington Channel off Hains Point:

COMMON GOLDENEYE  1 pair

In the Anacostia River off Anacostia Park:

1 RUDDY DUCK


In the Anacostia River off Kenilworth Park:

8  COMMON MERGANSER
