Hans Holbrook, Jim Brighton, Zach Baer and I birded around the Eastern Shore 
after observing the guillemot in Delaware.  Here are the highlights:

Ocean City Inlet:
Several hundred Surf and Black Scoters
1 White-winged Scoter
1 Harlequin Duck (female)
1 King Eider (imm male)
5-6? Common Eiders (ad male, 2 females, 2-3 imm males)

Ocean Pines:
1 Redhead in with hundreds of Canvasbacks

Log Cabin Rd Wicomico:
1 Ross's Goose in with Snow Geese

Barren Creek Pond Wicomico:
Northern Shoveler
Gadwall

Delmar Pond S of Rt. 50 Wicomico:
Richardson's Goose
American Wigeon
Hooded Merganser
Wood Duck
Ring-necked Duck

Rt 313 Nanticoke Crossing Wicomico/Dorchester:
4 Common Mergansers

Choptank Caronline/Talbot:
Iceland Gull
Common Merganser
