Hello all,
 
Well, we were out doing surveys again and yes we re-found the Goldens.  We were still on the same property just about a mile or less to the south east of where we saw the birds on the 18th.  They were seen from about 11:00 am to 11:10am.  
 
Again the birds were low when we first spotted them, which afforded us excellent views of the golden hackles.  They circled around for a few minuets and gained some altitude then headed off to the south east.  I though that these birds may have blown in on the strong NE winds that we have been having but maybe they are wintering?  But then again the winds did only quiet down today.  I hope they will stay around for a bit longer.
