Melinda and I stopped at Brighton Dam (enroute with holiday errands) and
spotted an Immature Golden Eagle at Brighon Dam ~1:30 PM. The white
flash in the upper wing and the less flat wing structure; compared to
immature Bald Eagles, were the giveaways! After a short time, it was
harassed by two Red-Taled Hawks.
Otherwise there were ~20 Common Mergansers, a few Ring-Billed Gulls, and
one Great Blue.
