MD Osprey:

This is a call for documentation of the 28 Aug 2004 White-faced
Storm-Petrel, seen on the Lewes pelagic. So far, I have three digital
images from Bill Hubick and GPS coordinates from Fred Pierce (38 14.802N 73
59.485W).

If others will be providing documentation (written reports, sketches, still
or video images), please let me know.

As usual, a set of guidelines and memory joggers for written reports can be
found on the MD/DC Records Committee web pages at the URL in my signature
block.
