Two nights ago Bill and I were entertained by a Screech Owl and last evening a Wild Turkey. As far as Cuckoos go, last evening (while listening to the turkey) four Cuckoos were "talking" to each other on the side of the house. We hear them on and off all day. Whenever we go for a walk in the community we hear them. I commented to Bill that I thought there seemed to be alot of them around.
