Sorry, I didn't get any computer time yesterday ( 4-05-04), but my son and
I watched a Northern Harrier having difficulty flying in the wind, cruising
the fields on both sides of Cape Horn Rd., near Boog Rd. (the end closer to
Rt. 30), in Carroll County. We even turned down a side road to follow her
and she landed right in front of us long enough to get good looks of her,
before she went on her way. My son was able to see her facial disks clearly.
