[MDOsprey] [BIRDHAWK] Backyard Hawk Watch - continue

The hawkwatch in Baltimore will continue as I had a Cooper's on Dec. 
21st at 1:19pm headed SW and 2 Redtails on Dec. 22nd, one at 1:05pm 
headed W and second at 1:11pm headed SE. Most of the hawk report were 
counted between 1 and 2pm while walking the dogs and will continue until 
the 31st at the same time each day. Three hawks on Tues and Wed. brought 
a total of 14,796 for the season.
