Common Teal (Eurasian form of our Green-winged Teal) will likely be split
(back) into a separate species at sometime in the future. Even as a
rare/unusual form or subspecies, this is a records committee "reviewable"
sighting. As a possible future species--put it into the bank.
Submissions of written documentation/photos are encouraged.
(Same bird as was present at this location last year?)
