Scott,
I have seen this on the Patuxent Wildlife Research Center page. I used
their list to update some of the codes that I have. If you want the textfile
that I use, I can send you that. I can't guarantee that it is error free or
completely up to date though. I am not sure all the codes or there and they
certainly are not in any taxonomic order that I am aware of but you could try
this link here.

Again, I would be happy to send the list that I have if you (or anyone
else interested) finds this one a bit overwhelming. Their list includes codes
for birds in areas outside the ABA NA region. Mine is for the ABA area. If
anything, my list may not have all of the ABA area codes (but it is certainly
more manageable and it works well for MD).
