I saw a Kelp Gull at Sandgates and I brought a picture of a NSSP.  Does the picture count.

I think there must be a second birding conspiracy going on.  All the
great birders that were in the area over the last few days and no one
has mentioned any good birds!  No one saw anything that I can add to my
year list at least?  Nothing?
