A friend took binoculars to Redlich's for repair and discovered the
following, in case anyone is interested.

"Redlich...is closing the VA store and moving to NC - Hampstead,
near Wilmington.  This happens at the end of this year; so if people
want service directly, they should do so soon.  He is continuing in the
repair/service business, ... but he will not have a store - items will be
shipped in/out."
