[MDOsprey] No Franklin's Gull at HAvre de Grace

        Spent two hours on Thursday morning checking all the waterfront at
Havre de Grace following the sighting of the probable Franklin's yesterday.
No luck, and the Laughing Gull count, which had been around a dozen, was
one, although the counts are usually higher later in the day. Will try
again this weekend.
