We moved up to 78.5% with the addition of the Red-necked 
Grebe reported by Dave Czaplak from Little Seneca Reservoir 
at Black Hill Park on 10/27 (and by Rick Blom a day or so 
latter n. of Conowingo Dam) and the Loggerhead Shrike 
reported by Gail Frantz from Baltimore, also on the 27th.

Nice work, all, and great birding, as usual.
