Pardon me, but I've come in on this conversation a bit late.
I've subscribed to this list for a few days in preparation for
an east coast birding list, you know, catch up what's being
seen, and such.

I take it there's to be a hearing on these towers in the near
future.  As it happens, I'm to be in DC for a short time in the
near future, too.  It would appear there's a chance the two
could coincide.  Would someone be so kind as to inform me
when and where this hearing is?  (On the off-chance that it
might coincide, it wouldn't hurt to have a voice from the hinter-
lands chirping up at the hearing...)

Thanks.  And if it can't make it - keep up the good work, and "give
'em hell"!!
