Ron Singer from the Jacks Mountain hawk watch in PA has been making a 
try at nighthawk count coordinating this year.  You can reach him at 
<ris@vicon.net>.  And for what its worth, here in eastern PA the only 
migrating nighthawks I saw were 21 on 9/18.
