Hi everyone,

The 10th Allegany Co. Fall Count was held Saturday, Sept. 18, with the
following highlights:

1    Peregrine (1st time)
1    Red-headed WP
1    Sapsucker
1    Philadelphia Vireo
4    RB Nuthatches
2    Creepers
1    GC Kinglet
3    RC Kinglet
1    Mourning Warbler (see JB Churchill post)
2    White-throated Sparrows
1    Lincolns Sparrow

And in case you were wondering about Broadwings  --  a paltry 28!  But
only one count in the last six was higher - and that was 29.  Maybe next
year.
