[MDOsprey] Pelican Photos -- esp. DC ???

Has anyone successfully photographed the "Wilson Bridge" American White 
Pelican?  Since this is a DC first record, it would be especially important 
to have a photograph it ... especially nice if it the photo was of it in DC 
waters.
