Thanks Tyler, I read your message when I got home early so I was inspired to 
go out in the woods (Am. Chestnut Land Trust).  I walked for about 10 
minutes hearing and seeing nothing until BINGO.  Bonanza! About 4 
black-and-white warblers, several Nashville Warblers, 2 blue-winged warblers
AND -with them a NEW one for me! A Brewster's Warbler!
Also saw a redstart, a magnolia warbler and a Least Flycatcher and tons of 
red-eyed vireos.
