[MDOsprey] Bridled Tern at PLSP

Hi,

In a group of Common and Forster's Terns and Laughing Gulls in the Bay
just off the point at Point Lookout State Park, I had a Bridled Tern.
That was just before 1 PM September 2.  It was colored very much like a
winter Black Tern, but it was the size and shape of the Common Terns and
a little slimmer-looking than the Forster's Tern.  It had a very
prominent white nape.

I need to go now so I will write more details later.
