Elliot - I WAS confused about the number of ponds along or near Harney Road 
in Frederick County.  When I got home I reexamined the MOS shorebird page and 
found that it describes two "Harney Road" ponds, West and East.  It also 
describes the Bullfrog Road pond, suggesting that there are three ponds in 
all.  In fact, it appears that the Bullfrog Road pond and the West Harney 
Road pond are one in the same, the pond where we looked at all the 
shorebirds.  I'm glad I didn't spend inordinate time yesterday looking for 
the mythical third pond!

BTW, three wood ducks flushed from the East pond and there was only a lone 
Least SP for shore birds there when I visited.
