[MDOsprey] Did Whitey Stop at Great Falls?

Last night I received a note from a gent who was interested 
enough to track us down via the Washington Post and who 
said that he and his daughter saw a pelican at Great Falls on 
Tuesday, August 10. He noted that he was very skeptical at 
first, but when he saw the bird himself, he was sure it was a 
pelican.
