[MDOsprey] Shorebird Directions

I've added a section for the hydrilla mats off the shoreline by 
the WW Bridge.  This entry also links to an aerial map 
showing the MD/DC boundary line which was submitted for 
our use by the very precise Phil Davis.  Our thanks to Phil! 

A reminder that there are directions to other sites here, too, 
including the John Brown Road Turf Farm (I think someone 
was looking for that).  Alas, I do not have Bethel finalized yet. 
Perhaps our Cecil folk would be willing to post them?  All 
entries are tentative until I can confirm directions.

Reach the shorebirds section via the MOS State Web Site -- 
just click on the shorebird icon button near the bottom of the 
page.

Additions/revisions and any other suggestions welcome.
