[MDOsprey] White Pelican in DC

This is a re-posting of the message I sent at noon today, but apparently 
didn't "take" -
	"At 10 am this morning (Tuesday), there was a White Pelican just 
north of the Wilson Bridge, apparently in DC waters."  
	The bird was seen from the MD side, at "Fox Ferry" = I-285 bridge 
crossing the mouth of Oxon Run. It was swimming along happily about 1/2 
mile from the point of observation.
