My oh my, this seems to be the season for web site news.  
Anyway....

1.  We have a new entry for the No. Saw-whet Owl.  URL is 

http://www.MDBirds.org/finder/nosawwhet.html

Comment period will run about a week or so before we add the 
entry to the main site.  Many thanks to JB Churchill for 
submitting this one.  He's done a great job.  If anyone else 
would like to contribute a entry, please let me know.  Please 
note that the entries are quite simply and really don't require a 
lot of fuss.  Compilers have considerable control over the 
length and detail of their entries.  And if you do try your hand, 
check the entry outline on the site for guidance.  All of the 
entries follow the same written outline.

2.  As Norm mentioned, the YB index is up.

3.  We also have new, updated MOS Bylaws and Ops 
Manuals in pdf format for those interested.

I will be working on completing the shorebirds page and 
updating the hawkwatch information this weekend, and there 
are batches of MDDC/RC updates in the works.  As always, I 
will keep you all informed of changes.
