[MDOsprey] Upland Sandpipers in PG County, MD

While driving along the Perimeter Road after entering the NW gate (just off 
of Route 4) into Andrews AFB, I observed three (very hot looking) Upland 
Sandpipers on the east side of the road in the dry brown grass that is part 
of the airfield.
