This morning, from 9:00 to 10:30, the Easton WWTF settling pond was devoid
of Ruff, but the Jim Stasz Dowitcher was back at the north end of the pond,
the lone member of his species in this fresh water habitat, proudly
displaying his fully reddish belly, his heavy dark side marking, his heavy
and thorough speckling around the throat, and his strong single dark line
passing from back of bill through eye and extending beyond with a
pronounced downward curve.
He gave no vocalizations, save for a faint but gentle call-out that
sounded much like: " if Bob Ringler comes by, I will happily disappear
again".

Greater Yellowlegs 3
Lesser Yellowlegs 12
Semipalmated Sandpiper 20
Least Sandpiper 12
