I know that this book can be ordered from amazon.com.  You

may also want to try the Cornell Laboratory of Ornithology

bookstore (I don't have a phone number handy for them--sorry)

because they were acting as the initial sales distributors on this

book for the publisher.  


If you want to order on-line, there is a link from the MOS

website directly to amazon.com that will earn MOS

a small commission on the sale.
