Ospreyers,

I'm thinking of heading over to Easton tomorrow morning to see the
Ruff.  Does any one know what time the sewage ponds are accessible?  I
need to leave my house early to get around the beltway before traffic is
too bad but I don't want to get up so early that I have to wait an hour
to get in (thinking of Greg waiting at Bill Baggs to see the Key West
Quail-Dove!).
