[MDOsprey] Spotted sandpipers in Frederick County

Mike Welch and I found two downy Spotted sandpipers with an attendant
and very agitated parent at the ponds on Willow Road just north of
Frederick city on Sunday, July 18.  The young were not able to fly.
Also present was an adult Black-crowned night heron.
