[MDOsprey] Peregrine Falcons in Baltimore - Yes!

Two Peregrine Falcons were perched atop the Legg Mason building at 7:00 am 
this morning (6/7/99).  Both birds were the East facing side; one on the 
North corner, the other on the South.  They were sighted from the street with 
10x binocs and positively identified.
One of the building guards inside said "four eggs were laid this year; but 
only three hatched."  She did not know when or where.
