Hello all,

    Partial albino Mourning Dove at White's Lake Wetland area.  White's
lake is located off Jubal Early road West of route 11 in Winchester.

    The Dove had an entirely white tail as viewed both dorsally and
ventrally.
The lower belly region also was pale with a sort of mixed whiteish tanish
area.
The axillaries were whiteish as well.  The rest of the bird seemed pretty
normal
as best I could tell.
