I've always had problems with motion sickness. Over the last year or two I've been using the wrist bands and have found them to be completely successfully. I haven't used them on a pelagic trip, however, which would be the best test for me personally. They're fairly cheap, they don't expire, and you're not ingesting chemicals...worth a shot IMHO.
