[MDOsprey] More migration around the Lincoln Monument

Some migrants are still about, but it is becoming difficult
to tell the migrants from the local breeders.  The area
around Constitution Gardens and the DC Veteran's Memorial
had lots of Blackpolls today, mostly females.  A Swainson's
Thrush was singing, and (new for the Mall list), a Great
Egret was fishing at the pond in Constitution Gardens.
