Matt, 

Best and easiest spot to find Warbling Vireo at Dyke is the picnic area near 
the South parking lot.  The trees closest to the river across the picnic area 
are very reliable.  True, Warbling Vireo has been a confirmed breeder at Dyke 
Marsh for years.  

Often you can pick up this species along the Haul Road, however the picnic 
area is much more reliable.  

Another spot to consider is the parking lot at T. Roosevelt Island.  Also on 
the island proper at T. Roosevelt, just at the end of the foot bridge.
