The best location for warblers is the trail downstream from the parking
lot all the way to Loch Raven Drive near the Sander's Corner Rest. Also
some good warblers can be seen upstream, and the Yellow-breasted Chat
was spotted along trail behind 3 houses near the parking lot.
The owl nest was in view from the wooded trail behind Sherwood Farm
mansion. NO TALKING or other noise. the owlet was on top of nest and the
parents can be easily be disturbed if talking .
Last year, the owls left the nest because of hikers traffic and alot
of noise especially talking right near their nest. So please be careful
and try to talk quietly. Thanks
