Thanks for passing this on ... from a MD/DC Records Committee standpoint,
however, the committee dropped Snowy Owl from the review list about 5 or 6
years ago since it's not really that rare in the state anymore.  (Could
have fooled me, however, since I still don't have one on my MD list!)
