I went to Harford Glen this morning with Dave Larkin looking for early
migrants. They did not disappoint. We saw many Blue-gray Gnatcatchers along
with a White-eyed Vireo - year first for me. A Brown Thrasher posed and a
Broad-winged Hawk - another year first - turned circles. Two Louisiana
Waterthrushes were present as well as numerous Pine and Palm Warblers. A
side trip to Tydings Marina produced 93 Caspian Terns and a dozen Purple
Martins.
