Heard and saw my earliest ever N. Parula today, also tied my earliest W-e. 
Vireo.  The Barred Owls nesting in a big hole in a beech behind our house are 
getting real frisky lately. Today i watched an encounter that involved an 
eagle-like talon thingy.
Our Barn Owl babies must be getting big, Mom has been sitting outside the box 
lately, but stays on the opposite end from dad.  Finally heard a P Martin 
today also, and my first (probably latest ever) Gnatcatchers.  Y-t Warbler 
finally started really singing and attempted to use the thistle feeder the 
other day.
