Just a reminder to all:

The 1999 World Series of Birding is fast approaching.  It is on 
Saturday, May 15 this year and the Maryland Ornithological 
Society has assembled a killer team!  Captain Hal Wierenga is 
joined by Lynn Davidson, Marshall Iliff, and Mark Hoffman in their 
bid to unseat the Cape May Bird Observatory pros!

The Maryland Yellowthroats would appreciate your support in the 
form of pledges or donations.  You can make a pledge via e-mail--
just send it to me at osprey@ari.net and tell me how much per 
species you'd like to pledge.

Donations should be by check, made out to MOS, and sent to me 
at:
       Norman Saunders
       1261 Cavendish Drive
       Colesville, MD  20905-7030

Our team saw 153 species last year (24 hours of unending rain) but 
could just as easily break the magic 200 number, plan your 
pledges accordingly.
